I brought a sneaker online on the 02 Jul 2026 then I received an Aramex tracking number on the 06 July 2026. I contacted Aramex they confirmed that there's no parcel that was left by Urban Strides they only created a shipment on the website. I can't contact them they email addresses are not working ...they don't have phone number on they website . I feel I was ****med by them

Urban Strides sold a counterfeit sneaker and makes it impossible to return
I’m very disappointed with Urban Strides (online store). After my purchase, I attempted to resolve the issue through their support channels, but their email is bouncing back, and the platform offers no way to respond or publish reviews. I bought a sneaker from Urban Strides as a present for my daughter. When it arrived and we opened it, I later discovered that the item was counterfeit. What makes this even worse is that other kids were laughing at her, because the sneaker clearly looked **** and she felt embarrassed receiving it as a gift. I immediately tried to return the item, but I cannot contact the business—their email keeps bouncing back. This has left me with a counterfeit product and no workable way to return it or get a refund. I want a full refund and the company to take responsibility for selling a counterfeit item. I also want them to provide a valid returns process and working contact details so customers are not left stranded.

Urban Strides ZA – Very Disappointing Experience
I would like to share my experience with Urban Strides ZA to warn other customers. I was desperately looking for a specific Adidas sneaker for my daughter. I couldn’t find it at nearby stores such as Sportscene, Adidas, or Studio 88. I then came across a store on Facebook called Urban Strides ZA. The sneaker was meant as a special gift for my daughter, and she was very excited about it. I placed the order on 3 November 2025 and paid R1,000, with the expectation that the sneaker would be delivered by 16 December 2025. Unfortunately, this has not happened. Since making the purchase, I have sent multiple emails requesting updates on my order, but I have received no response at all. Today is 25 December 2025, and I still have no sneaker, no delivery, and no communication from Urban Strides ZA. My daughter keeps asking me, “Dad, where is my sneaker?” and I keep telling her it’s coming, but deep down I feel like I have been ****med. This has been extremely painful and disappointing as a parent, especially during the festive season. I now don’t even know what my daughter will wear. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in online shopping. Urban Strides ZA should be held accountable for taking people’s money and failing to deliver or communicate. I would not recommend ordering from this store.
