Urban Strides sold a counterfeit sneaker and makes it impossible to return

I’m very disappointed with Urban Strides (online store). After my purchase, I attempted to resolve the issue through their support channels, but their email is bouncing back, and the platform offers no way to respond or publish reviews.

I bought a sneaker from Urban Strides as a present for my daughter. When it arrived and we opened it, I later discovered that the item was counterfeit. What makes this even worse is that other kids were laughing at her, because the sneaker clearly looked **** and she felt embarrassed receiving it as a gift.

I immediately tried to return the item, but I cannot contact the business—their email keeps bouncing back. This has left me with a counterfeit product and no workable way to return it or get a refund.

I want a full refund and the company to take responsibility for selling a counterfeit item. I also want them to provide a valid returns process and working contact details so customers are not left stranded.
