Worst customer care ever!

We have been with Uniwisp for nearly 10 Years and dealt with quite a view issues during that time when it comes to outages, service requests, account problems... But now after 12 days without internet connection they just send us a termination of service notice and offer us a satelite connection wher we must pay R 10.000 for installation - REALLY!!!! If you have the chance to get another provider - don´t use UNIWISP
