Most horrible Wi-Fi Service Provider

We have had a contract with Uniwisp Nelspruit for more than 24 months. Our Wi-Fi has been off for 13 days now. We must continually follow up and send emails but we are not getting any assistance or service. We are still paying for a service we are not getting.
