Bad customer service

This is the worst customer service I ever had. From 10-10-2022 till 17-10-2022 my WiFi is still of I was 4 times there last week and they didn't do anything. They even wont send technician I'm fed up with this bad service And they have a bad attitude when we addressed this problem
