Meal recommendations

The app give some useful meal suggestions, but many of them did not match my personal tastes or dietary preferences. there were some interesting recipes but I often had to look for alternatives on my own.

The best assistant for building healthy eating habits!

I’ve been using Unimeal for three months and I’m pretty happy. it created a perfect meal plan for me, considering my schedule, nut allergy, and dislike for fish. recommend it to everyone!

good app

UniMeal helped me pay more attention to my nutrition and make it more structured. I've finally started keeping a regular eating schedule. Sometimes the products did not fully match my preferences, but in general the app is really helpful and convenient

perfect for home workouts

Because of my busy schedule I can’t go to the gym, so home workouts in unimeal have become a real lifesaver. The exercises are well structured, there’s a timer for sets, and the video demonstrations are high quality. I started with 20-minute sessions and gradually increased to 45 minutes. Everything is convenient and keeps me motivated to train regularly.

the barcode scanner changed everything

The barcode scanner changed everything for me 🙌 I used to dread logging meals but now I just scan and it's done in seconds. The database has basically everything including my favorite snacks. Been using it 3 months and it's become as automatic as brushing my teeth.

back to feeling like myself after baby

Six months after having my second baby and I'm finally back to feeling like myself. I wasn't looking for anything extreme, just something gentle that would work around nursing and my crazy schedule. Unimeal got it right. I genuinely enjoy the meals. So grateful

solid meal plans after four months

I've been using this for about four months now. The meal plan is reasonable and nothing on it has been too difficult to prepare. My only grumble is that it sometimes suggests ingredients I'm not fami**** with but I just swap them out. Overall I'd recommend it.
