Worst service I have ever experienced

It is actually quite unbelievable that an organisation in this day-and-age can be so utterly useless. You make Telkom look like they are the best thing since sliced bread.

I originally ordered a 10Mbps FTTH through Afrihost, with TT Connect as the last mile provider. The installation was very efficient and quick.

6 months down the line I got tired of Afrihost throttling my 10Mbps line to less than 1Mbps, so I cancelled my Afrihost account and signed up with Cool Ideas on the 14/05/2018 and all that was required was for TT Connect to re-configure my fibre line for use with Cool Ideas.

3 MONTHS later and TT Connect still hadn't reconfigured my line!!!! So I decided to not go with Cool Ideas anymore, and I signed up with Vox in the hope that a bigger organisation might have more leverage or contacts at TT Connect (the need for which is laughable in itself).

Needless to say, 2 weeks since I placed my order, TT Connect have still not re-configured my line for use with Vox!!!! Order number: VOX **********

I have tried calling TT Connect and they just push you from pillar to post until someone just cuts the call off.

The service is so pathetic that I'm considering going back to Telkom, because as bad as they may be, they are still nowhere near as bad as TT Connect.

You better get your act together very quickly, or more and more service providers are going to start dropping you.
