I feel that I need to be very specific about the gentlemen that helped me: General and Matsobani
I feel that I need to be very specific about the gentlemen that helped me: General and Matsobani. There was a fault on my fibre line that General fixed (he also phoned to say what time he would be by me) but then Matsobani could get my internet up and running when my ISP couldn’t. 10 superstars for these 2. I highly recommend them.

I have been battling with intermittent speed and connectivity for awhile
I have been battling with intermittent speed and connectivity for awhile. Today the technician came to my premises. I thought it would be another waste of time. But Matsobane was friendly chatty and very informative. He explained what he was checking for, the outcome he expected and did his trouble shooting professionally . I was so impressed by his overall attitude, confidence and knowledge. Thank you so much Matsobane may you go far in life !!

Don't care about service
TT Connect have a fibre line running right outside my clients business. I have tried through Vodacom to get service here but each time TT Connect cancel the order. They make no attempt to contact me and proved a better service offering. What does is take to get a business to provide a service?
