WORST ISP PROVIDER

This has to be the worst ISP provider every. No one every answers the telephone calls at the offices and when you do finally get through to someone after trying for almost an hour, they transfer you to a number that only rings and no one answers. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TT CONNECT TO ANYONE...

Firstly thank you for replying to my complaint, if only you had people in your offices that were half as efficent in answering your telephone call, maybe then there will not be a need to log complaints such as these in order to get a response from you. It took you 20 mins to respond to my email, and I could not get a hold of anyone for almost an hour on your telephone lines to speak to. As a resident of the Dowerglen Area, I can assure you that I am not the only one that share these sentiments of being utterly disgusted with the service provided by TT connect and your inablity to provide Customer Support. Since I have been signed up almost 2 months now with VOX, it seems that I have been more offline that online and everytime there is an issue it is with the ISP provider which is TT Connect. In addition to all of the above we are still expected to pay for a full months subscription as per our contractual obligations irrespective of whether we were connected or not. My reference number for my fault is VOX **********
