Wi-Fi signal terrible

I have tried numerous times to contact and complain about my Wi-Fi signal. When my router was installed last year I had no issues connecting to my wifi around my home. Then they did an upgrade in December between cool ideas and TT connect and then my signal went compleatly poor in half of my home. I complained in December and I was advised that if I do want a better signal I should purchase an extra cord to run in the rooms where the Wi-Fi is poor. I then called TT connect and they advised me it is Cool Ideas that needs to assist as there is nothing wrong with my connection. I then called Cool Ideas and spoke to a guy named Bheki and he advised that they will send someone out to check my signal however the first hour they will foot the bill but anything over and above that hour I would need to pay.. I advised him that I will not do this as when I got my router I had no issues then he suggested he will send me an email to help me with my settings which to date nothing has been sent to me and he also said that he would do a courtesy call on the 16th Match to check if all is working. Nothing was done. The service is terrible when it comes to issues. I refuse to pay any more than my monthly fee for Wi-Fi as this is a problem that was caused after the maintenance in November/December. Between TT Connect and Cool Ideas the service is pathetic!!
