I must remark and compliment TT Connect on the good service that I got from them. My fault turned out to be rather complex which took them a while to track and sort out. During this time I was regularly contacted by them with follow up information and they made appointments each time for their technicians. I did not feel like I had been abandoned or bounced from one department to another with no one caring about my problem. Whilst it did need to be resolved by 2 departments they seemed to have a single person coordinate and oversee the problem. The technical staff were super friendly and persevered until they found the fault. Whislt being very frustrated at having no internet for a few days it was a pleasure working with TT Connect.
