Useless service
Fibre connection has been patchy for a few weeks. Then went down yesterday. When phoned the call centre phones are down. Eventually on facebook messenger they say they are doing maintenance. Came back on but was up and down until 7 o clock meeting can when went down again. Phoned 3 times and they say there is some issue no ETA as to when it will be fixed and no there is no manager to talk to

As mentioned, there was scheduled maintenance that took longer as expected. In the process all our lines and emails were not online.
We do apologise for the inconvenience caused in this matter. The work done over the weekend was to have our network stable with no / less connection issues to our clients.
