Useless company

Worst company ever. Don't care about their customers at all. Very rude and arrogant. This process to install and connect a Fibre line has taken more than 6 months.. They ignore the times youve agreed on to come do their work. They pitch up whenever they like and expect you to drop everything and rush home because they can't stick to an agreement. . then they get angry at you when you tell them to come after work. And then they just don't pitch. I had to put in leave 5 afternoons so they could install it.. 6 months down the line and it still doesn't work.. I have decided to go back to my previous wifi package. I've told them to come disconnect and remove their router from my house. I doubt they'll be here anytime soon.... Useless company. You all should be ashamed at how you treat your customers.
