Take your money but dont offer the service. Always down, speed not what it is supposed to be when up and never answers any calls!

Thank you for making us aware of your complaint.
Due to a connection problem we experienced during this weekend, our phone lines and emails were also offline as a result.
Should you still be experiencing connection problems, please log a ticket with your ISP who will in turn log a ticket with TT Connect on your behalf.
Our support agents are attending to the existing tickets on a first in, first out bases.
