Upgrade

TT Connect are good and prompt and don't waste your time. The only complaint I had this time is that they were meant to confirm a time before coming and promised to call back and confirm. I had to arrange for someone to be at home, because, you know, we all work. I got a call from the technician saying he was coming through about 5 minutes before he was there. Luckily I was able to arrange something quickly and the technician agreed to postpone for 20 minutes or so. It worked out in the end but could've resulted in a lot of time wasted. A phone call back (which was promised) was all that stopped this from being 100% smooth
