Turn around time
I think TT connect can improve on communication as well as turn around time. They took long to solve the problem but also were not easily reachable on the phone

I am truly sorry to hear this and thank you for bringing it to my attention.
I see that you are with an ISP, this is the reason you will not be able to make direct contact with TT Connect. As we work directly with the ISP and will only contact the client once a ticket has been received by the ISP. Before a ticket is sent to us by the ISP they have to perform their primary troubleshooting.
I am however also not seeing any ticket logged for you or sent to us by your ISP on our system. Please would you provide me with the TTC ticket ref provided to you by your ISP in order for me to investigate the matter further.
