TT CONNECT/FREDD SHOCKING SERVICE!!

We signed up with TT connect nearly a year and a half ago for wifi and voip phone and the only reason we are still with them is because we signed a 24 month contract to obtain the equipment and the installation for free. In hindsight this has become such a costly exercise as our wifi and as a result our phone is down so often. Therefore we have had to use our expensive cellphone data and airtime. We have attempted contacting them non-stop every time it is down but the response time is shocking and to get it up and running again even longer! it just goes down for no reason at all! Should this not be considered breach of contract on their part? As i still have 5 months of this contract to get through.
