TT Connect/FREDD - a new defintion of useless service

Its a pity you have to give a star - because TT Connect/FREDD deserve zero. Like clockwork every weekend fibre goes down. In the week you are lucky to have 24 hours when it is running constantly. Call centre helpdesk a new definition of utterly useless. When they eventually manage to wake up they make arrangements to send technicians who never pitch and all the while we pay for lack of service!!Never EVER had such bad service with a company before!!!!!
