TT Connect - Worst Fibre Provider in SA
Internet is down every single weekend on a 100mb fibre line which I pay over 1k a month on.
Internet intermittent at best of times and unstable, line flaps.
Tried calling Support and their lines are occupied, no reply to my numerous support mails.
Cancelling this ‘ service ‘ this week, you guys are useless :-(

Due to a connection problem we experienced during this weekend, our phone lines and emails were also offline as a result.
Should you still be experiencing connection problems, please log a ticket with your ISP who will in turn log a ticket with TT Connect on your behalf.
Our support agents are attending to the existing tickets on a first in, first out bases.
