TT Connect, Terrible, No Customer Service

I am very unhappy with the service that I have received from them. I was not told that the installation process takes 3 different teams, on 3 different days, just to do one installation. I already cancelled my previous service provider, and my new service provider already booked to install the router this morning. Even after asking for them to send someone today or tomorrow for the final step, they just said, they are fully booked. I can only be helped on Monday. So now I have to sit with no Internet service the entire week-end, because they did not explain this process to me. If I had known, I would have kept my previous service provider for another week. I was just told, sorry, we are fully booked. They do not even attempt to assist me, just no we are fully booked. This is outrageous.
