TT-Connect provides abysmal service.

When it was first installed it took 6 months for the line to function. Now the line is constantly disconnecting every 5 minutes making it impossible to utilise the 50Mbs line. They do nothing to fix it for spans of over months and it quite obvious that they are selling their so called 'premium fibre' beyond the capacity of their infrastructure - at least in my area. The numerous other reviews that are 1 star should clearly lead you to the conclusion that TT Disconnect is an abysmal company and if you have any other option other than for Fred/TT-Disconnect then you are fortunate enough to never have to deal with them.
