TT Connect no customer Service
I have been without WiFi since Wednesday last week. VOX logged a ticket on Wednesday and still no call from TT Connect. TT Connect do not take calls or respond to emails. Such bad service, no customer service.

The only ticket we could find from your ISP was resolved from our end as our fibre is up and working.
It states that your router had to be replaced, unfortunately, this is done by your ISP and not TT Connect.
Please advise if you received any tickets from your ISP.
