TT CONNECT - LINE DROP
The change over was done very professionally - But the problem of connection still exist... the connection keeps dropping in our area and many other customers are also complaining. This problem is on going since I have moved in the area in 2018.

I have just looked at your link, and everything seems to be in order on the infrastructure side. The readings on your link are also more than acceptable.
Kindly advise if you have logged a support ticket with your ISP to do their primary investigations, as I am not finding any ticket logged by your ISP regarding any issue. We pride ourselves in providing a 100% uptime on our infrastructure, if this was an are issue it would show up on our monitoring. Please log a ticket with your ISP, once we have received that ticket from them we will be more than happy to investigate and send a technician out to test.
