TT Connect / Fredd Fibre, terrible service

I live in thornhill estate, and have had Fredd Fibre installed through TT Connect. I had this fibre line installed 2 months ago, within the first 4 days, I could not connect to the internet for a week. Everyday, this line drops, the link is constantly down. I am supposed to have a 50 meg line, on my speed test it shows an average of about 10megs. When you call the call centre, they send no-one out they, just say they will speak to the technicians. If you try call their number ********** 050, over the weekend, the line just drops. I run a business from home, and this is affecting my income. I want to line taken out of my house and I will go back to Telkom, even their service isnt this bad. I would NOT recommend anyone to install TT Connect/Fredd, they are useless.
