I have been experiencing intermittent trouble with my Fiber link. It would drop repeatedly, but then be fine for hours. Matsobane responded to the call. He was very friendly, professional, and worked for a few hours troubleshooting. Apart from resolving and getting the link Stable, he got the latency very low and got the bandwidth running at max.
