TT Connect Excellent Service by Thabiso

Today I am one of the happiest clients of TT Cnnect. Although I work through MWEB who is my Internet Service Provider, I have had the pleasure of also interacting with staff of TT Connect. It seems like our fibre line was disconnected, and after logging a call with MWEB for it to be fixed, we had an amazing experience with TT Connect. I was kept in the lop at all times as to ETA. But I want to single out Thabiso who is the technician that came to our house to help reconnect. He has exemplary attitude - he made sure were connected before he left even checking out later that we were still connected. Siyabonga was another technician that came out.
