Tt connect down yet again

Very disappointed with the service delivery from tt connect over the past 3 weeks. Every week on a Tues or Wed at 16h00 our line goes down. Afrihost indicates it's a tt connect outage, too coincidental to be happening on same days and times weekly. Tt connect reach out to me urgently....
