TT Connect Does not know the meaning of Customer service!!!!!!!!

On Monday 18 March 2019, TT Connect technicians were busy at our complex, that same day I lost my WAN connectivity ( interesting this directly after their technicians were working on our complex main box ) After spending over 40 minutes on the line with both Afrihost and TT Connect, I was given a ref number IR093118. I received a call back from their offices on Wednesday confirming that they will send the technician to me on Thursday, I made them aware that it is a holiday but was told, that they are working. You guessed right I waited the entire day NO technician nor NO phone call. After spending another 45 minutes today I finally got through to the technical department. They confirmed that a technician was booked for Thursday, but could not explain why no show nor no call to advise me. They can now only send someone out on Saturday. Pathetic service and turn around times, 6 days waiting !!!!!! I challenge management to contact me, you have all my details as per the above reference number. I regret ever choosing TT Connect as a service provider..........i await your call ?
