TT Connect does not care about customers

TT Connect is one of the worst companies when it comes to responding to the customer, providing any form of feedback and, in general, giving any indication that they remotely care about the customer in the least. I have been without fibre (collectively 13 days over the last 16) and my service provider says that the problem lies with TT Connect. This is unacceptable, I thought that certain SOE's were bad but this is on another level. You cannot get hold of TT Connect and they do not contact you either.

I see so many complaints online (word-of-mouth is a powerful form of advertising) and I cannot see how they are going to sustain as a business with this pathetic attitude. All I want is to get the fibre that I paid for - nothing unreasonable.

Let's see if I actually get a response to this...
