TT connect bad service and speed

TT connect pty is a bad performer. Lying to their costumers. ********* as well. I ordered a 100mbps line but it keep on testing 50mbps. They arrange to send a technician to my home to test the line and told me if it test 100mbps the I must pay n call out fee of R600. I kept on testing the line and like 30min before they arrived my line is suddenly testing 100mbps. I canceled the appointment. Until today no apology. They try to let me pay a callout just after the upgraded my line. They were Lying to me all the time!. I told my ISP Afrihost what are they doing. I don't understand why I must deal with the fibre people TT connect. TT connect also cut my line for 24hours without a credit back to me!

Good morning, Michael. I trust you are well. Please note that a standard call-out fee applies in cases where no faults are detected on our network infrastructure and the issue is found to originate from the ISP’s side. TTConnect does not apply any shaping or throttling to service lines; any such configurations are managed exclusively by your ISP. We can also confirm that no line-speed modifications were performed on our end, as all service-profile changes are administered directly by the ISP and not by TTConnect as the fibre infrastructure provider. We are pleased to hear that the matter has been resolved.

Kind Regards
TTConnect

Good day TT Connect
All the problems are not resolved. I contracted Afrihost and you cut my line for 24hours because you were waiting for a sign off from myself which are not dealing with you but Afrihost. I didn't even know that you were waiting for a form that must be signed off by me and neither did Afrihost. Your form state 48 hours but you cut the line only 6 days later without letting anyone know. I need my credit because even Afrihost didn't know why the line were off. You are playing games in the background.
Secondly you did it to me in the past where you came to test my line and before and after I tested the line and it was not on speed.
This time you postponed the appointment 3 times and I were testing the fibre at your ONT with my laptop for 3 days until you were on your way and it was testing 50mbps. 30 min before your technician arrived, I tested again and suddenly it was running at 100mbps. You didn't upgrade my line to 100mbps on the 11 of November as Afrihost requested you to do. You only upgraded my line after all your arguments when you were on your way to test my line which was the 18 of November.

Currently your 100mbps line are buffering on Netflix which means your line is congested.

In our road closure in Bedfordview all your clients are complaining about your service and speed

Good afternoon,Please note that a signed post-installation form is a mandatory requirement for all new service activations. Your ISP is fully aware of this process. Under normal circumstances, if the document is not returned, the service is subject to suspension within 48 hours — not six days.Additionally, please be assured that TTConnect does not shape, throttle, or otherwise manipulate line speeds. Any intermittent performance issues must be addressed directly with your ISP, as we operate an open-access fibre network. Your ISP is solely responsible for managing your service profile, including speed upgrades or modifications. These functions are neither monitored nor executed by TTConnect, as we serve exclusively as the fibre infrastructure provider. We trust that your issue has since been resolved and that your service is operating as expected. Furthermore, we can confirm that no speed upgrades were performed during any site visit, as this remains the responsibility of your ISP.Kind Regards
TT Connect

Good Day TT Connect
The Problem is not Resolved
You cut the line after 6 days and not after 48 hours - why and why without letting me know - and don't tell me Afrihost should have informed me, because you requested me to sign a document which I fail to understand. Afrihost also stated to me that they don't know why TT Connect ask me to sign a form if they are my ISP.
Afrihost is the second ISP for me on your fibre line - same problems - common denominator that means the unresolved issues is with TT Connect.
TT Connect fibre line in Elizabeth Road, Bedfordview according to our group and independent expert are congested. Our what's up group in Elizabeth Road are all complaining about TT Connect but the problem is that there is no other fibre in our street
Yesterday afternoon your line went off for a few minutes and came on again -
You are an ********* company because you are not disclosing the issues on your line
