TT Connect and Fredd support

Overall very happy with TT Connect and Fredd. This problem only got 4/5 as it was unusually two simultaneous issues and, under the circumstances, (a) was more likely but, of course, it was (b). All previous interactions have been (i) few and far between and (ii) entirely satisfactorily handled.
