TT Connect

TT Connect is the most pathetic company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. We requested that they supply me with internet access and wifi. There DB boards are up in the complex, hence the contact no. I was told that they would be here Thursday 24/1/19 @ 9.00. Great, they arrived on time. When the technician told me he is leaving, because he has to get a contractor to show him where the pick up point is. This guy showed up on Friday. When I asked when they would be completed, he informed me that someone would come Saturday to complete the job. Saturday the guy arrived and did his job. When he asked me to sign off the work, I asked where the router etc. is. He inforned me that on Monday they would forward the request for the router. I refused to sign off on the work untill I had a router. Monday morning 8.00 I contacted the office and requested to find out what wad happening as NO ONE gives feed back, as stated in point 2 of their quote - they would keep you informed. They said I must first sign the document that I had not signed on Saturday, THEN ONLY THEY WOULD INFORM ME WHEN THEY WOULD BRING THE ROUTER. The guy was going to be at my house at 11.00 to sign document. Needless to say he only arrived at 12.00.

FIVE DAYS TO GET INTERNET ACCESS. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst part is that they still have not contacted me to inform me when they are bringing the router.

NOTE: I WILL BE SUBMITTING THEM A BILL FOR THE 4 GIG DATA THAT I HAD TO PURCHASE TO COMPLETE MY PRESENTATION.
