terrible service
TT Connect replaced the ONT device on my property 4 weeks ago, since then the lan port will only negotiate at 100M. There is no accountability or responsibility taken by TTConnect. If there was another FNO available in the area I would change over with no hesitation.

we have informed your ISP that this is not a problem on TT Connect's side. Our team is currently investigating along with your ISP. Thus far there are no issues found on our ONU or infrastructure. We have advised your ISP of such.

20 Jun 2023, 14:36Based on all the testing that has been done by myself and the 3rd party the ISP arranged, I do not understand how you can say its not the ONT device that needs to be looked at. Its clear that the lan port on the ONT device is advertising up to 100M-full duplex and nothing more.

20 Jun 2023, 16:04Afternoon sir. This is something we mentioned to the ISP, but not from our end, our ONU ports are capable of speeds up to 1 GIG. Our tests have shown that beyond our port the device on the other end can't handle speeds more than 100Mbps. They must have looked at an internal setting as our Duplex is set to auto-negotiate.
We have done remote testing and investigations and provided feedback on Multiple occasions.

There was also a 3rd part the ISP sent out to investigate and he confirmed the same, the lan port on the ONT is only negotiating at 100M.
