Terrible service.

Seriously not impressed. Not only did one of their staff ***** an external hard drive when they were installing the fibre, but we have had repeated issues with the internet going down. When you call for assistance, they "open a ticket" and "will get back to you". Just doesnt happen. And that's if you are lucky enough to get in touch with them. You sit in a call until "you are number one in the queue" and then "your call could not be completed at this time, try again later". Service is honestly pathetic.
