Standard Service in South Africa

The technician was 45 minutes late for the scheduled appointment made by TT Connect to change their hardware (not something I requested). I work from home and had to reschedule meetings due to this. If the technician was apologetic and had some manners instead of just brushing me off I might have given a better rating but I got the feeling he overslept and it was inconvenient for him to be doing his job
