SPAM CALLS / SPAM EMAIL / PITCHING WITHOUT AGREEMENT / NOTICE

I find TT Connect to be VERY unprofessional and I get spam calls and emails to install the fibre to my home. I have even had the security in my area saying that TT Connect were knicking on my door to have the fibre installed. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO AGREEMENT WAS SIGNED AND NO INSTALLATION DATE HAS EVER BEEN SET UP!!!! I have REPEATEDLY told TT Connect in an email and in their spam calls to PLEASE STOP CONTACTING ME!!! How do I get my name and contact details taken off the database? I have installed with another fibre company in the area and I am VERY happy and WILL NOT change to TT Connect! As I said to your last spam call agent at 14:26 on 11 October 2018, what would I do with 2 fibre lines in my house? Ask yourselves that before contacting me again! AS I said I WILL NOT be changing fibre companies especially not to TT Connect.
