Skipped our Road !!!

Reading some reviews how bad TT connect is as service, almost makes me want to not write this ,but myself and the people on my road where skipped by TT connect when they were installing cable in the connecting road. Now we have been trying to get them out here to dig Fibre into our road, but they send guys that want to quote you for installation which the relapse they can’t do because the skipped our road. We want Fibre and don’t know who can help us, we get sent from pillar to post when we talk to TT, so Peter is my last hope.
