Service OK now, but 2020 was a SHOCKER!

On the basis of this particular ticket a 4 rating. BUT...during 2020 I had to wait THREE (3) weeks for TT to come and fix a fault, and that was only after I physiically drove to their offices in Jhb and threatened to drive my bakkie through the boom just to get service. Tickets were ignored, phones never answered. Clearly they have done something good to jack up their service.
