Really busy but hard working

TTconnect are incredibly busy and I genuinely think they work hard. But I think they should somehow improve on their communication to their case numbers, an email can go a long way. I understand and appreciate the relationship between the ISP and the infrastructure provider; but it is frustrating not knowing what’s going on. It’s easier to be patient when I have a better timeline of what to expect. Having said that, I have had TTconnect with different connections over the years and have never really had issues with them. Over all I have been happy with their work and issues have always been resolved in a professional manner.
