Poor services and no communication to the customers
My fiber went down on Friday with TT connect and afrihost …. TT Techinican came on Saturday and found out my fiber was cut by their Techinican at the main box when connecting other user… and they said their fiber technician does not work during weekend which can only help me next week… what kind of telecommunications provider does not have standby technician works during weekend ? And they can not give me a day when they will be able to dispatch the technician ? Worse services ever ..

I am truly sorry to hear about this and thank you for bringing it to my attention.
Please note that we work directly with your ISP and would require a ticket logged to us from them on your behalf. Would you kindly provide me with any ticket reference numbers in order for me to investigate further and to mark your issue as a matter of urgency.
We do in fact have splicers available over weekends but please take note that they are booked out at least a day in advance thus still upholding our SLA.
Kindly provide me with that refence from your ISP in order for me to get my team to assist ASAP.
