Poor service - TT Connect Fibre install

TT Connect is currently busy installing Fibre in Impala Park, Boksburg. Their work is simply just shocking. Here is some of the problems currently experienced in the suburb: 1. No communication with residents. 2.Digging of trenches not done efficiently. Large sections are started and takes a long time to complete. 3. Instead of using existing conduits already in use under driveways they dig additional trenches and damage driveways further. 4. Re-instatement work is very sloppy and unprofessional. Pavements not reinstated to original status before work commenced. Driveways, paving not repaired after trenching. 5. No contact, site manager available for complaints. 6. When calling their office the phone just rings. No answer.
