Poor service from TTConnect (Pty) Ltd

Good day. I stay in Kiepersol complex, 2 Meta avenue, brentwood park ah, Benoni, 1501. I had to go to Ttconnect office personally to ask them for a consent form. They sent me one. I sent it the Body Corp and it was approved. Four (4) weeks ago they rep**** they will do a site inspection and installation of fibre to the complex. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED YET. If it was VUZE the fibre would have been installed in two days time after consent was signed. I see TTConnect bakkies standing around at east rand traders market under the shade. I see the bakkies standing around in mall parkings the whole day. Not for lunch. I do not want them to contact me. Please TTConnect do you want to earn money or be called TTcon artists. Do your site reviews and do your jobs. Do not contact me. I'm a tennant that is waiting for you actually since june 2018. Do not contact me.
