Poor service
Poor service form TT Connect. ISP provider has no information from technicians who are allegedly on site. Just use another provider if you have the option. Service is never great and they disregard the end user.

Please note that should a ticket be logged to us for further investigation. We will determine whether a technician gets dispatched. The ISP is usually informed on the ticket raised with us and the end user contacted.
Once resolved the ticket and Isp will be updated.
In order for me to investigate further can you please elaborate on the service not being great as our primary focus is to deliver quality customer support to all end users?
