Poor service
The worst fibre company I have dealt with, installation takes forever, installation was poorly executed and failed within days. Very limited after hours service to correct the bad installation 5 days later still no wifi. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will with immediate effect cancel my contract. very,very poor service

Please could you advise which ISP you are subscribed to and provide a reference number that you have logged with them? We require this information for us to check on your connection that is down. Unfortunately customers have to log a call with their ISP and if the ISP finds that the fault resides on the TT Connect network they will send the fault to us.
