POOR NETWORK, ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR ALTERNATIVE?

Would just like to find out how is it possible to have so much downtime. We had LTE installed and we were down maybe once in 6 months. Now with the fibre we are down almost 1 or twice a month.

Please fix your network or we will have to go back to using our LTE connection.

Our Service provider is Axxess, and i know that its not their fault.
