Poor fibre internet

We have had a disgraceful and appalling encounter with our fibre network installer Ttconnect (Tesuco Telecommunication) together with Cool Ideas service provider in so far as we have not had wi-fi for about 3 weeks. About the 8 Feb 2019 we started to call Cool Ideas on a daily basis and each time we got a ticket indicating it was "ANSWERED" due to the fact they had taken it up with Ttconnect. Each time we were promised a return call which never came and a resolution to this. We then took it up with Ttconnect and a technician came out on 16 Feb 2019 and wrote a job card out. Nobody has called us, so I continued to call Ttconnect and have had no response. In facy we have had to buy data for our cellphones and pay for wi-fi.!!! Please be alert as to your internet selection, as it could cost you many hours on the phone, frustration and your hard earned money.
