Pleasantly surprised

I was a bit circumspect when I found out that TT Connect was going to be installing my infrastructure for Fibre. I have read and heard lots of poor things about them. Nevertheless, I had no option and had to continue. I was very pleasantly surprised once I got in touch with them. From the first call to the end implementation, with all steps, they were excellent. Professional, smart and kept to their promises but more importantly, they kept in touch with me if there were any delays or plans changed.
