Outstanding Service from TT Connect and Matsobane

I've been with TT Connect for over two years and have been exceptionally impressed with the reliability, stability and uptime of their fibre service.

Recently, I raised a query regarding my connection speed, and a technician, Matsobane, was sent out on the same day. He quickly identified that my router was causing the issue and professionally configured a replacement router I already had which was not the same brand and way more advanced, restoring my connection to its expected speeds.

What stood out was Matsobane's politeness, professionalism and technical knowledge. Being fairly technically proficient myself, I particularly appreciated his willingness to explain and discuss the setup. All of this was handled efficiently and without any additional call-out fee.

I rarely write reviews, positive or negative, but credit should be given where it's due. TT Connect has consistently delivered excellent service, and Matsobane is a fantastic example of that commitment.

Well done to TT Connect and a special thank you to Matsobane. Truly stellar service!
