Outstanding service from TT Connect

A World class service. I placed my order for fiber with Vodacom and a day later I was contacted by a friendly consultant from TT Connect. My installation was booked for 2 days later. 4 teams visited the site, first a comprehensive site inspection, second was the team to trench and prep for the route to the house, the third team installed the actual fiber and the 4th team spliced and connected the fiber which completed the installation. This was all done without a day gap. I was also notified of the progress along the way. All the teams were friendly, professional and well trained. In my opinion It was a difficult installation and the workers did not even consider taking shortcuts, they went the extra mile to do it right.
