Very professional, excellent service and a great team to work with. On time and if they experience delays they keep me informed.

I understand that there are rules but I suggest they also look at a bit more flexibility if the client just asks them to have a look at why "another" device in the house may not be working. Not just a plain no. I would never ask them to do what is not acceptable but some flexibility would even move them a notch up.

But the team that I worked with were fantastic!
